Heron Brook Haven is a 501-c-3 organization and holds that status as a Natural Earth-based Hospital. The focus is on wholeness, well-being, and oneness rather than sickness, labels, and victimization. Through connections to the natural world, the Sacred Wheels, natural remedies, energy healing, inner work, and ceremony we aid, guide, and support those who come to us. Heron Brook Haven is blessed to offer a variety of programs and healing sessions that support our clients regardless of their experiences or where they are on their journey.
Spiritual
These changing times we are living in are asking each of us to step forward in ways unfamiliar to us. Humans are being asked to relearn how to live with the Earth Mother. We fear and destroy what we don't understand. It is the disconnection from life and the natural world around us that has created where we find ourselves now. The Feminine Principles guide each one's Earthwalk and are deeply misunderstood. Whether woman or man, we are being asked to step into and merge with the world around us. Something most of us can't do because we have forgotten how to feel safe. Safe with life, those around us and within our own self. The most spiritual thing anyone can do is live their life. Unless one is willing to fully connect in all ways, that life will be diminished. We are being asked to be vulnerable, to be real and seek the truths that will allow us to live in harmonious ways. What you seek is seeking you. To find it, you must be willing to step outside the static and chaos of the modern world. The Great Mother speaks and sings to us every moment through Her natural harmonics. Most can't hear or feel Her because the modern world drowns out those beautiful sounds that feed us, nurture us and keep us healthy and in balance.
Healing
There are as many ways to heal as there are things to heal from. Heron Brook Haven is a safe space for you to open and work your way through whatever is happening for you. You are held, supported and guided as you make your way through the process of releasing the things preventing you from living a full, happy and healthy life. All our sessions are held and offered in Sacred Space. We have been trained in a variety of modalities that allow us to serve and assist regardless of what you are experiencing.
The heavy energies living upon Earth and within us, energies that have been created from all that has transpired over centuries, are asking to be healed and transmuted. The grief, pain and anger that lingers impacts us all. It is time to stop passing all these heavy energies on to the next generations. Each one we help find their essence, heal and live from their truth, makes a difference for all life. Teaching
It is in bringing all the parts and pieces of our true selves to the world that we will create the brighter future many dream of. When we come together and share what we each have to offer, amazing things can happen. At HBH we offer varied classes, workshops and experiences throughout the year. Our space is also available for private groups or individuals. If you or your group have something specific you would like to learn about or experience, we are happy to work with you to create a wonderful offering for you here.
The Earth Chamber is where we hold many of our events and classes. This was a special labor of love for Jana and Tim. While building it they were reminded of and taught a few things from the stones, Spirit and the Earth.
New old ways of healing and being with life are coming forth. Although a multipurpose space, the Earth Chamber holds spaces for some special experiences. Ones that go beyond what is being called 'earthing'. Through a combination of energy work, imagery, specific prayers and Earth connection, Jana works to fully connect and immerse you in the nurturing of the Great Mother and Spirit for individualized healing of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues. Part of the dream of this land is to teach and remind those who come here that we are safe, loved, held and powerful when we touch life and let it touch us back.

Jana & Tim
Some things just seem like they are meant to be. We fit into that category. Instant friendship and respect were the foundation of our relationship growing. Of course, it took a couple of years for us to realize we were meant to be a couple. We embody the term team work and as many of our friends tell us, we fit. It is easy for us to work together as co-directors of HBH and Bee Natural because we share many of the same values. Working with the land and all the life we share it with comes naturally to both of us.

Tim is a handy man extraordinaire, gifted with music, creativity, ingenuity and a healer in his own way. He likes to say he 'stirs the peanut butter at HBH', meaning he takes care of whatever needs doing. Tim is a kind, wise and gentle soul. His great respect for all living things and his connection with the Earth Mother allow him to show others just how important these things are. He truly believes that music has the power to heal. It is Tim's belief that the ancient world holds secrets of magic and intrigue which easily rival the greatest creations of modern man.

Jana is a mother of 3 daughters and 'Nenee' to 6 grandchildren. Her healing journey led to the founding and creation of HBH. This place, this land, this Sacred Space and those in all forms who live upon it, gave Jana the gifts of healing, truth, awareness and so much more. They gave her roots and branches, and in so doing gave her one of the greatest gifts. The gift of being at peace and in harmony with herself and life. Jana is often asked what path she follows, or who or what she is. In answer to that, I follow my path and that allows me to walk and stand in my truth. It allows me to follow the guidance that is given to me so that I can continue to serve-serve Life, Spirit and my own personal Earthwalk.

On a fun side note, Tim has the ability to tell what someone's musical frequency is. Jana's is a B natural note in the 432 scale. Our address here is 432 - 432 htz is the natural resonance of the Universe and puts you in sync with the “heartbeat of Mother Earth.”
